The Banished could be split into the 4 brutes and the 4 other leaders, and the UNSC could be split into the 4 living humans and the 4 other leaders. They are already so close, and with a few relatively simple changes they could have 4 distinct sub-factions with 4 leaders each instead of two factions with 8. Message the mod team if you're hosting an event!
